The Mobile Police Stations for the General Police Inspectorate (GPI) of the Republic of Moldova have successfully completed final technical and contractual acceptance, marking a significant milestone in the project’s implementation.

In the first week of February 2026, the formal inspection and contractual verification of the vehicles took place at the production facilities of ENAK in Istanbul. The process included comprehensive technical checks, review of customs

documentation, confirmation of transport arrangements, and the formal assignment of insurance coverage for the transfer from Türkiye to Moldova.

Representatives of our organization were present on site to oversee the procedure, ensuring full compliance with contractual, logistical, and quality standards.
The successful completion of final technical and contractual acceptance formally concludes the procurement and production phase of the Mobile Police Stations project. The vehicles are now cleared for transfer to the Republic of Moldova.

The initiative contributes to strengthening public safety services and improving access to policing, particularly in rural and remote areas. By enabling a visible and mobile police presence, the project supports enhanced community engagement, improved accessibility, and increased public trust in law enforcement institutions.
Delivering security infrastructure across borders requires precise coordination, transparent procurement procedures, and rigorous quality assurance. The acceptance process in Istanbul reflects the structured cooperation between manufacturer, logistics partners, and project stakeholders — ensuring that the Mobile Police Stations meet technical, contractual, and regulatory requirements.

With this milestone achieved, the project continues to advance toward its objective of supporting modern, citizen-oriented policing in Moldova.
