The report assesses the impact of one year of project implementation and provides valuable evidence on the effectiveness of community-oriented policing measures in strengthening trust, improving public safety, and enhancing cooperation between the Nigeria Police Force and the communities it serves.
CategoriesNigeriaThe Leadership Course 2026 concluded successfully with a formal closing ceremony at the National Institute for Police Studies (NIPS) in Abuja. During the ceremony, the Commissioner of Police, Department of Training and Development (CP DTD) presented certificates to 35 officers of the Nigeria Police Force, including 15 female participants, who successfully completed the intensive two-week training programme.

Implemented on behalf of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and funded by the German Government, the programme brought together 20 senior female officers of the Nigeria Police Force to strengthen their leadership competencies and promote professional exchange.
CategoriesMoldovaThe GS-Foundation, with funding from the Federal Foreign Office of the Federal Republic of Germany, has provided the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Moldova (MIA) with 81 unmanned aerial systems (UAS) and complementary equipment as part of the project “Strengthening Security and Administrative Capacities within the Ministry of Internal Affairs”.
