The Project Leader of the Ukraine project, LKD a.D. Dipl. Krim. Lars Wagner as a representative of the GS Foundation, together with the Head of the Institute of Forensic Medicine of the University Hospital Cologne Prof. Dr. Rothschild and EKHK a.D. Manfred König as a representative of the EUAM Ukraine, welcomes the course participants from Ukraine during a one-week study visit at the Institute of Forensic Medicine of the University Hospital Cologne.

Topics of the one-week study visit are large scale crime scenes and mass graves. The course participants are Ukrainian public prosecutors, forensic experts and investigators who are primarily concerned with the investigation of war crimes, but also with the general investigation of criminal offences.
