National Police Day in Moldova

On Monday, our team on site led by Klaus Kandt (ret. Police Commissioner of Berlin and State Secretary in the Ministry of the Interior of the state Brandenburg) was able to attend the National Police Day celebrations in Moldova.
In addition to honours and awards for outstanding police work and international partners, the fallen heroes of the police were also remembered: “The Ministry of Interior will never forget the commitment and contribution of all those who have contributed to the development of the police system. We send a message of gratitude to the heroes and veterans who fought for the independence of the Republic of Moldova and watched over public order and security, so that today we can have peace and tranquillity in the country”.

This year, for the first time, we were able to experience the excellent cooperation with the GPI in Moldova and can only be impressed by the commitment and daily efforts of the police officers. We are proud of the progress made this year. Together we can continue to strengthen the police.
