The GS Foundation completed a ten-day training needs assessment to lay the foundation for an on-the-job training curriculum tailored to the needs of the Gambian police. As part of our commitment to improving the national police structures of the Gambia, our team conducted a comprehensive assessment mission to evaluate the current state of capacities and infrastructural needs of the Gambian police.
