The first round of our Women Leadership Course for the Nigerian Police was successfully completed.
Together with the Public Movement for Empowering Women in Ukraine and @undpnigeria, we are committed to ensuring that women are sustainably empowered and feel comfortable in leadership positions.

In a two-week course, the participants have already learnt important basics for understanding women and their behaviour in management positions, which will be deepened in a follow-up course in the near future. In this way, we want to strengthen the structure of the Nigerian police force, ensure diversity and pave the way for women to reach higher positions.

We are looking forward to the second round in December!
