Despite the tragic events that had taken place just a few days earlier, in which 17 police officers were killed in an ambush, high-ranking representatives of the Nigerian police took an active part in the event. Among the participants were nine Commissioners of Police and 13 Deputy Commissioners of Police.

This international trade fair is one of the most significant events in the defence, aerospace and security sectors in Central and Eastern Europe, bringing together companies, government agencies, military delegations and technology providers from around the world.
