CategoriesMoldovaThe GS-Foundation has officially handed over the new Drone Training Laboratory at the Ștefan cel Mare Police Academy in Chișinău to Moldova’s Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA). The laboratory will be used by the Police Academy and other subdivisions of the Ministry to strengthen practical training capacities for the civilian use of drones.
CategoriesMoldovaFollowing the two-day WASP Workshop in Moldova, the GS-Foundation continued its activities on 17 September 2026 with a refresher training for participants of the Training-of-Trainers course for drone pilots conducted in September 2025. The training brought together representatives of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) and its subdivisions who serve as drone-piloting instructors.
CategoriesMoldovaOn 15 and 16 September 2026, the GS-Foundation conducted a two-day WASP Workshop in Moldova in close cooperation with the Inspectorate for Operational Management (OMI) of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA). The workshop focused on strengthening inter- and intra-ministerial coordination for the civilian use of drones in the performance of public duties.
CategoriesChile and ColombiaA joint delegation from Colombia and Chile took part in an intensive five-day police leadership training programme in Gimborn. The programme combined practice-oriented training, international professional exchange and an institutional visit to Cologne Police Headquarters, the largest police authority in North Rhine-Westphalia.
